Our HBS Visar 650 was a game changer for many of our clients that needed to weld arc studs at job sites, or anywhere without access to 3 phase power.  Traditional arc studwelding systems would require either 575, 460 or 220 volts of 3 phase electrical power.  The Visar 650 system will perform arc studwelding on studs up to 3/8" diameter and only requires a standard 110 Volt AC outlet.  Arc studwelding is now far more attainable than it ever has been.   At 39.7 lbs it can easily be carried out to a job site by a single operator.  Its design incorporates plastic bumpers on the exterior to protect the front panel while it's being moved around, and along with an IP33 rating this system is ready for any shop or job site.
