CD Pin Welding

CD Pinwelding is an economic way to fasten insulation to a metal surface. Traditional methods include welding pins to the surface, applying the insulation then securing with washers, or welding through the insulation to a metal surface using cupped head pins. Todays welders are smaller, lighter and more effiecient allowing you to change over quickly from one style to the other. Pinwelders generally weld 14ga weld pins or 12ga and 10ga weld pins and cupped head pins.
