800 N Glebe is a 10-story office and retail complex which is located at the corner of Glebe Road and Wilson Boulevard in Arlington’s neighborhood Ballston, Virginia. The building offers about 316,000 square feet for commercial and retail purposes and is used by the private real estate investment firm JBG Companies. It is said to be a “prime, trophy-class office space that maximizes efficiency, productivity and your overall image”. Furthermore, 800 N Glebe received the NAIOP Award of Excellence for Best Building and LEED Gold – a certificate which validates environmental friendly procedures during construction and usage, as well as a sustainable design of the building. It features several green qualities, such as recycled and locally sourced materials, water-use reduction technologies and indoor air-quality assurance.
