Located in Civic Center, the 35-story tower contains 720 residential units with an observation terrace at the 36th story roof. Additionally, there are three adjacent buildings with 9,12, and 19 stories. The whole area covers 700,000 sf. The project will incorporate sustainable features in pursuit of LEED Certification.
For this construction, JORDAHL supplied anchor channels JTA for the connection of curtain wall elements.
